Access Arrangement 2009-2012

Western Power submitted its proposed access arrangement for 2009-2012 for approval on 1 October 2008. The Access Arrangement was approved on 19 January 2010.

Western Power submitted two mid-period variations to the approved access arrangement.

In 2010 Western Power applied to vary appendix 1 of the access arrangement relating to the application and queuing policy. The ERA deferred consideration of matters relating to the application and queuing policy to the next access arrangement.

In 2012 Western Power applied to vary appendix 3 of the access arrangement relating to the contributions policy. In September 2012 the ERA made a decision to vary the contributions policy in the access arrangement.
