Compliance Framework and Strategy

The ERA monitors participants’ compliance with the Wholesale Electricity Market Rules, investigates potential breaches of the Market Rules and takes enforcement action where appropriate. Enforcement action can include applying to the Electricity Review Board for fines or other orders.
