Decisions and Proposals

The 2011-2015 access arrangement for the Dampier Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline was reviewed under the National Gas Access (Western Australia) Act 2009 which came into effect in Western Australia on 1 January 2010. The Act amends and implements the National Gas Law and the National Gas Rules in Western Australia.
