WA Gas Networks lodged its proposed access arrangement on 29 January 2010. The ERA released its final decision on 28 February 2011 which did not approve the access arrangement proposal and proposed its own revisions to the access arrangement.
On 28 April 2011 the ERA issued a decision giving effect to its proposed access arrangement to take effect from 12 May 2011 with the reference service tariffs to take effect from 1 July 2011. This decision was a reviewable regulatory decision.
On 19 May 2011 ATCO and Alinta Sales Pty Ltd applied to the Australian Competition Tribunal for leave to apply for review of the reviewable regulatory decision.
On 25 June 2012 the ERA published a revised decision to take account of the orders of the Tribunal.
