In 2008, the ERA undertook an inquiry into tariffs of the Water Corporation, AQWEST and Busselton Water Board. The ERA received 14 public submissions in response to an issues paper and a draft report. Submissions received as part of that process that were able to be made public are published below.
The ERA’s Final Report was delivered to the Treasurer on 14 August 2009 and tabled in Parliament on 16 September 2009.
