The ERA has completed its five year review of the process to determine the WACC for regulated railways in Western Australia. As part of this process the ERA prepared a consultation paper and a draft determination to assist stakeholders in making their submissions.
The ERA received submissions on the draft determination in May 2019.
The ERA has finalised its review of the WACC for rail networks and published its final determination.
The final determination presents the ERA’s final method and determination of the 2018 rail WACC. As 30 June 2019 has passed, the document also presents the final determination for the 2019 rail WACC.
