In 2009, the ERA undertook an inquiry into water resource management and planning charges. The ERA received 82 public submissions in response to an issues paper, an initial draft report and further draft report. Submissions received as part of that process that were able to be made public are published below.
The ERA’s final report was delivered to the Treasurer on 28 February 2011 and tabled in Parliament on 25 March 2011.
